Menanto develops and distributes ranges of pasta, snacks, protein bars, fruit gummies and beverages for grocery retail, petrol stations, distributors and snack vending operators in the DACH and CEE region – both for producers whose products we place centrally with retailers, and as an exclusive distributor from our warehouse in Wiener Neudorf near Vienna.

Since 2017, we have worked directly with retail headquarters on national listings and category solutions, while also supplying franchise partners with immediately available, fast-rotating products.

Our products come from selected manufacturers around the world – including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, India, Italy, the United Kingdom and Austria – and are reliably delivered from our warehouse throughout the entire region.

How do we become a Menanto trade partner?

Send us an enquiry via the contact form or by email. For smaller customers such as shops, cafés or online stores, there is also the trade area of our web shop – activation there takes place within 1–2 working days.

Is there a minimum order value?

In the trade area, the minimum order value is €300 net; from €750 net, we deliver free of shipping costs to Austria and Germany. For retail headquarters, distributors and larger quantities, we agree terms individually.

Where do you deliver from, and how?

We deliver from our warehouse in Wiener Neudorf or directly from the producer – by parcel or on pallets. The delivery area covers the DACH and CEE region; other EU countries with a VAT ID on request.

What payment terms apply?

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days net. All prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT, ex warehouse.

What happens in the event of transport damage or defects?

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Report transport damage to the carrier immediately, and notify us of defects in writing within 48 hours. For justified defects, you will receive a replacement or a credit note, at our choice.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We work exclusively with producers. Exclusivity for trade partners applies only if it has been expressly agreed in writing.

How does working with you as a sales agency work?

We first assess the market opportunities for your product, then present it to retail headquarters, handle communication with buyers and continue to manage the accounts after the listing – right down to franchise systems.
